PropertyBridge Announces Partnership with Realty DataTrust Corporation

Oakland, CA – March 13, 2007 - PropertyBridge, Inc., the leading provider of electronic payment processing services to the multifamily industry, today announced that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Realty DataTrust, makers of the online leasing solution, VaultWare™. The partnership integrates automated payment services within Realty DataTrust’s online rental application.

Through integration with PropertyBridge, prospective residents at multifamily communities using VaultWare’s online rental application can pay application fees online by credit or debit card. The new feature improves the rate at which prospective tenants are converted into residents, and enhances convenience for both the community manager and prospect. The process of qualifying for an apartment and paying an application fee can now be completed remotely or in-person by a prospect. Payments are electronically deposited into the property manager’s account and integrated with their accounting software.
