$20,000 Resident Sweepstakes

PropertyBridge launched its national sweepstakes Program on February 1, 2008 to promote the use of electronic payments by renters in the U.S. Residents of participating PropertyBridge communities are entered to win monthly cash prizes and the $20,000 grand prize every time they pay their rent with PropertyBridge during the six month promotion period.

PropertyBridge is funding the costs of the sweepstakes, including all prizes and marketing support to publicize the program. This promotional program adds to PropertyBridge’s extensive support resources for boosting the adoption levels of its Payment Platform. PropertyBridge also offers its property management clients tailored marketing programs and management reports to track performance and maximize return on investment.
