PropertyBridge CEO Ryan Gilbert to be a Featured Speaker at 2006 Multi-Housing World Conference

Oakland, CA – September 12, 2006 - PropertyBridge, Inc., the leading provider of electronic payment processing services to the multifamily industry, today announced that Ryan Gilbert, CEO, will be a featured speaker at the Multi-Housing World Conference next week.

Mr. Gilbert will be moderating the session “E-Payments…Ask the Bankers” on September 20, 2006 at 1:00 pm. The presenters at this session will offer viewpoints and advice based on their high level experience with the multifamily and financial service industries’ leading corporations. The discussion will center on the set up and deployment of electronic rent payment-processing solutions, compliance standards and authenticated system ideologies.

Panelists include: Anne Willis, Visa USA, Jeff Moran, First National Bank of Omaha, Russ Sandlin, The Russ Sandlin Group and Mike Fortinberry, AIMCO.
