PropertyBridge President Jason Gardner to be a Featured Speaker at RHA Executive Luncheon

Oakland, CA – February 7 , 2007 - PropertyBridge, Inc., the leading provider of electronic payment processing services to the multifamily industry, today announced that Jason Gardner, President, will be a featured speaker at an executive luncheon hosted by the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento (RHA).

Mr. Gardner will join two other panelists, Tom Bannon, CEO of the California Apartment Association and Gary Link, Attorney of the Law Office of Gary Link to discuss ways to save time, money and increase revenue in 2007.

Mr. Gardner will offer viewpoints and advice regarding the set-up and implementation of electronic systems for the collection of rent and lease related payments. The discussion will center on the value and security of automated systems such as PropertyBridge’s. The panel will also discuss any legal issues related to electronic rent payment systems.

Mr. Bannon and Mr. Link will provide an update on related litigation and new state regulations and legal issues that could change the Ration Utility Billing System (RUBS).

The Rental Housing Association is a non-profit organization serving rental owners and property managers in the Sacramento Valley region since 1951. Members of the association own or manage over 80,000 rental properties, including single-family houses, duplexes, condominiums and apartments.
