Payment Card

Credit/Debit Card and PIN-less Debit
As part of its complete suite of payment services, PropertyBridge offers the convenience and benefits of making a payment using a credit or debit card. PropertyBridge is one of few providers who offer PIN-less debit, a popular consumer choice for all manner of payments that has significantly lower processing costs than credit cards. With real-time authorization of the transaction, property managers know instantly that a payment is accepted. And, residents can earn rewards points for paying rent and/or avoid a hefty late fee.

  1. Resident enters the card information online, over the phone, or in person
  2. Resident transaction data is securely routed to the credit card processor
  3. The transaction is routed to issuing bank (resident’s bank) to request transaction authorization
  4. The transaction is authorized or declined
  5. Transaction appears in real-time in the PropertyBridge application
  6. Issuing bank approves transfer of money to acquiring bank. The acquiring bank, in turn, credits the property’s bank account
