Pay by Phone

The PropertyBridge Pay by Phone solution is a full-featured Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system designed for resident payments. Using pre-scripted prompts, residents can pay rent over the phone with a credit card.

  1. Resident calls a toll free number (unique number for each property management company)
  2. Resident enters payment information through the phone keypad
  3. Resident receives verbal confirmation that the payment is accepted
  4. Property management company views real-time payment information for all transactions
