  1. Resident obtains unique account number online or from community office
  2. Resident visits MoneyGram agent location and pays rent in cash
  3. Payment is sent electronically to the property’s bank
  4. Resident takes receipt as proof of payment
  5. Payment appears in PropertyBridge online application
  6. Property electronically receives funds within one business day
