PropertyBridge Announces Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Oakland, CA – March 9, 2009 - PropertyBridge, Inc., a MoneyGram company, and the leading provider of electronic payment services to the residential real estate management industry, today announced results of a recent customer satisfaction survey. The comprehensive survey was distributed to thousands of apartment properties nationwide that process rent and lease related payments through PropertyBridge.

PropertyBridge customer satisfaction survey highlights:

  • Response rate of 16.5% by property managers participating in the survey, exceeding the typical standard of 10%
  • 92% percent of property managers recommend PropertyBridge to their tenants as an easy and convenient way to pay rent and lease-related payments
  • More than two-thirds of the respondents ranked PropertyBridge a 7 or higher on a scale of 1-10 when asked about their overall satisfaction with the product and customer service
  • 90% of respondents stated that the PropertyBridge system was easy to use.
