Ryan Gilbert - vice president
Ryan Gilbert lends a unique blend of business development, legal and financial services experience to the PropertyBridge team. His professional activities have centered on developing revenue-driven business models for strategic opportunities, capital raising and alliance development for companies in the financial services, technology and real estate industries.
Ryan was a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and held senior business and strategic alliance development positions at Acotec, Brand3 and CMGI. He was a consultant to Venturi & Co, and directed business development activities at Wells Fargo Bank and American Express prior to founding PropertyBridge.
Ryan is an active member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice law in the United Kingdom and South Africa. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.
Ryan co-authored a white paper published by the National Multi Housing Council and has spoken at numerous industry conferences. He has also been published in a wide range of industry publications, including Multifamily Executive, Transaction Trends, Multifamily Pro, Multi Housing News, Multihousing Professional and UNITS.

Jason Gardner - vP, BUSINESS dEVELOPMENT
Jason Gardner applies extensive business development, channel management, product and operational experience to promote and extend PropertyBridge's industry leadership. He is a regular speaker at industry events on electronic payment processing, and has authored numerous articles for industry trade publications.
Prior to joining PropertyBridge, Jason held senior sales management positions with leading technology and consulting companies including Gartner and NetManage.
Jason also founded Vertical Think, an outsourced IT project lifecycle management company that worked with startups and large companies on shortening time to market and increasing ROI for IT-related projects. Prior to Vertical Think, Jason was General Manager of Benatter Marble and Granite where he managed day to day operations of the company's line of commercial and residential natural stone products.
Additionally, Jason was a staff assistant to Senator John McCain, where he focused on constituent and community issues, and served on the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) team, promoting bilateral trade and investment relations between Japan and the state of Arizona.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Arizona State University.

Todd Fincannon - vp, enterprise architect
Todd Fincannon leads the development of the PropertyBridge Payment Platform and its services. Todd has specialized in software development for emerging platforms since the 1980s.
Todd was a co-founder of San Francisco software vendor Virtual Motion/Acotec, where he helped develop several market-leading network management software products. Prior to Virtual Motion, Todd developed Windows wireless networking utilities and device drivers for Xircom's Netwave product. Before that, he worked on petroleum engineering applications for Exxon Production Research in Houston. His most interesting job was engineering intern at the Johnson Space Center working on the Shuttle Engineering Simulator.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Houston.

Clark Huang - vp, development SERVICES
Clark Huang leads the development of PropertyBridge Payment Services. He is also responsible for the day to day payment operations including client implementation and support services. He has spent the past 10 years developing leading edge technology and process improvement solutions in areas of B2B payment processing, data security, enterprise software design, and web-based business to business integration services.
Prior to joining PropertyBridge, Clark was Vice President of System Services for fintech.net, a leading invoice and payment settlement services company specializing in payments in the alcoholic beverage industry. Prior to fintech.net, he was a Development Project Manager for QRS Corporation, a leading B2B electronic catalog provider, and Senior Software Developer for Acotec, where he worked on security and policy-based management products.
Clark received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter Mansfield - VP, Marketing
Peter Mansfield brings marketing experience and communications expertise to PropertyBridge. Peter was the founder and president of Mansfield + Associates, a strategic marketing firm that helped pioneer web site development within business-to-business marketplaces. At Mansfield + Associates he worked closely with technology, real estate and consumer services clients in developing multi-faceted marketing communications programs. Working with companies from start-up through to market leadership, Mansfield has been actively involved in helping clients through public offerings and acquisitions that have totaled more than $8 billion in value.
Peter previously served in senior marketing and management positions at Kodak and John Lewis Ltd in the United Kingdom. In 1999 Peter was the co-founder and CEO of Brand3, that developed a breakthrough desktop marketing and Internet access solution that was sold to American Express in 2001.
Peter graduated from the University of East Anglia, England with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
