PropertyBridge CEO Ryan Gilbert and President Jason Gardner to Present at 2007 NAA Education Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas

OAKLAND, CA - June 20, 2007 - PropertyBridge, Inc., the leading provider of electronic payment services to the multifamily housing industry, today announced that Ryan Gilbert, CEO, and Jason Gardner, President, will present at the National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas on Friday, June 29, 2007.

In a presentation titled “Essential Tools and Technology: How to Provide Value and Improve Your Bottom Line,” PropertyBridge President Jason Gardner will provide tips and best practices for implementing automated payments to drive better ROI, improve productivity and resident satisfaction. Additional insight into how property managers can harness technology to boost occupancy rates and augment ancillary revenue will be covered by Moderator Paul Kaliades of Renters Legal Liability Insurance, Greg Starr of Resite Information Technology and Rob Remus of Property Centric. The presentation will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 29.

PropertyBridge CEO Ryan Gilbert will moderate a session titled “Go Electronic! How Automated Payments are Making the Difference in Resident Satisfaction and Community Profitability” at 11:30 a.m. on June 29. The presentation, held in an interactive format to encourage audience participation, will center on electronic payments trends, initiatives and new technologies within the multifamily industry and strategies that can save property managers time and money. Gilbert will be joined by two industry experts, Louise Santana of Klingbeil Capital Management and Anne Willis of Visa USA.

PropertyBridge will also exhibit during the exposition at booth #859.
