Jason Gardner to be a Featured Speaker at ista-North America's Energy Alliance Conference and IREM's Leadership Legislative Summit

Oakland, CA - April 10, 2006 - PropertyBridge, Inc., the leading provider of electronic payment processing services to the multifamily industry, today announced that Jason Gardner, President, will be a featured speaker at two industry conferences this month. The first conference is hosted by ista North America and the second is by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). “Our involvement in these events is a key component of our emerging market leadership,” stated Ryan Gilbert, PropertyBridge CEO. “Both organizations embody similar values to that of PropertyBridge.”

Ista-na - Energy Alliance Conference

Mr. Gardner will be speaking at the 7th Annual Energy Alliance Conference on April 9-11, 2006. ista North America, a leader in utility billing and expense management for the multifamily industry, is hosting the conference. The conference assists multifamily executives in exploring and identifying solutions to current energy issues by bringing together leaders from the multifamily and energy industries. Presentations and panel discussions will provide guidance and insight to participants looking to share insight and practical advice during a variety of break-out sessions.

The event will be held at the Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas, TX.

IREM ­- Leadership Legislative Summit

Mr. Gardner will also be speaking at the Leadership Legislative Summit, Business Solutions Dialogue: ‘Technology Talk-About’ on Monday, April 26, 2006.  The event will be hosted by IREM, a global real estate management association serving members across 81 U.S. chapters and eight international chapters.  The ‘Talk-About’ will include a panel discussion moderated by Lou Nimkoff, CPM, CCIM, Senior Vice President for IREM, and roundtable discussions.  During the session, panelists will discuss solutions to the technology, workforce development, business competition and risk management challenges outlined in IREM’s publication, “Transforming Real Estate Management: Four Strategic Issues.”

The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Arlington, VA.
