PropertyBridge is supported by a diverse group of real estate and technology investors. The PropertyBridge investment team has been actively involved in the launch and growth of a number of prominent companies.

Claremont Creek Ventures focuses on early-stage, fast-growth companies based in the eastern half of the San Francisco Bay Area. PropertyBridge is Claremont Creek’s first portfolio company, with the funding serving as a model for future investments. Claremont Creek’s founding partners Nat Goldhaber, John Steuart, and Randy Hawks have combined strong operational backgrounds with highly successful investment experience in product and market areas that are closely aligned with PropertyBridge. Additional Claremont Creek team members include Steve Elefant, previously co-founding Chairman and President of ICVerify, Inc., the worldwide leader in PC-based credit/debit card and check authorization and payment processing software.

Dennis O’Brien

Mr. O'Brien founded The O'Brien Group (formerly O'Brien & Hicks, Inc.) with his late partner Dan Hicks in 1976. The O’Brien Group has built and sold more than 4,000 homes and lots throughout the nine county Bay Area, from Monterey to Napa. Mr. O’Brien currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Bay Area Council, BRIDGE Housing Corporation, the Construction Industry Advancement Fund, First American Title Company, and The University of California, Berkeley Policy Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Jim Klingbeil

Mr. Klingbeil currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Klingbeil Capital Management, as well as the Chairman of AACIII and The Klingbeil Company, which he founded in 1961 and as Chairman of Khempco Building Supply Group. The Klingbeil Company has engaged in nearly every aspect of real estate investment, development, construction and management since its formation. Mr. Klingbeil has served on various committees and as a Trustee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) for over 30 years. He served as President of the ULI from 1991 to 1993. Mr. Klingbeil currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of United Dominion Realty Trust, a publicly traded real estate development trust.
