Is implementation easy?
Very quick and Easy. Upon completion of a service agreement, and once credit approval is received for the Online Payments Module, a user name and password is issued. Clients will have access all PropertyBridge tools on a dedicated web platform hosted by PropertyBridge.

What do I buy?
Nothing. All you need is a computer with an Internet connection. PropertyBridge is offered as subscription service. We rent our software to you, ensuring that you always have access to the latest technology and service resources, and allowing you to avoid making large capital investments in hardware and software products. Our subscription periods are 12 months with renewal options.

Do I need to buy hardware or software?
Don't buy anything. No capital investment is required. PropertyBridge is a hosted service. We have invested in hardware and software that is required to offer our scalable and reliable service at a competitive rate.

Do I need to hire additional IT staff to manage my PropertyBridge implementation?
No internal IT staff is required to manage PropertyBridge. Consider our team to be yours. Our client service staff is available to ensure that you have a positive experience without the worry of managing your own IT infrastructure. You can focus on your core business of managing properties and servicing the needs of owners and tenants.

Is PropertyBridge secure?
Yes. Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the data under our control. When our Site is accessed using Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that data is safe, secure and available only to you. PropertyBridge also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, PropertyBridge provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a client logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data.

Can I measure my tenant's use of PropertyBridge?
Yes. PropertyBridge includes a reports interface that indicates the number of visits to each section of the hosted platform and actual transactions.

How do my tenants pay rent online with PropertyBridge?
Tenants will be directed to the Payment's Page on your website hosted by PropertyBridge, or a standalone Payment's Page module depending on the level of customization that you select.
The Payment Page interface allows a Tenant to pay for rent or other services without advance registration, allowing for a quick and effortless payment process. The actual transaction process is managed through a gateway connect to our financial services partner.
Once a payment has been made, the Tenant is emailed a confirmation message.
The Online Payment Page can be presented with a secure log-in and registration interface, requiring tenants to apply a user name and password should they wish to pay online or review payment histories.

Yes. Tenants have a wide range of conventional payment options online.

How do I manage chargebacks or declined transactions?
PropertyBridge has also worked closely with the leading financial services companies to develop the Chargeback Protection Plan, ensuring that managers and owners are not adversely affected by unwarranted chargebacks (typically less than 0.5% of all rent payment transactions. The Plan provides notifications and instructions for chargeback management and successful representment of transactions. Dedicated Relationship Managers are on call to provide chargeback management assistance.
