PropertyBridge Teams with VaultWare and Leading Multifamily Industry Partners to Award $2,500 to NAA Attendee

Promotion also includes donation of $500 to the Red Cross Midwest Flood Relief Fund

Oakland, CA – July 17, 2008 - PropertyBridge, Inc., a MoneyGram company, and the leading provider of electronic payment services to the residential real estate management industry today announced the grand prize winner of a $2,500 Visa® gift card and $500 donation to the Red Cross.

Attendees of the National Apartment Association (NAA) Expo were entered into a drawing based on their visits to a participating partner’s booth. Partners on the promotion included PropertyBridge, Realty DataTrust/VaultWare, RentGrow, Capture the Market, and Spherexx.

Of the hundreds of entries received, the $2,500 winner was Kevin Smith, Property Director of Woodruff Properties in Columbus, GA. $500 will also be donated in Mr. Smith’s name to the Red Cross to benefit the Midwest Flood Relief Fund.
