PropertyBridge Establishes Partnership with Leading Multifamily Publication and Conference

Sponsorship and Advertising Programs Signals the Launch of a Full Marketing Program for the Leading Electronic Processor of Rent-related Payments

OAKLAND, CA - November 11, 2005 – PropertyBridge™, an Oakland, California-based payment services provider, today announced a strategic alliance with MultifamilyPro Magazine and its conference arm to help promote its industry-leading online electronic payment service for residential properties.

The PropertyBridge Payments Platform processes the largest dollar volume of any third party processor in the multifamily housing industry. PropertyBridge enables residents to pay rent and other lease related transactions using any of six payment types including payment cards, ACH, and e-checks. The marketing partnership with MultifamilyPro was launched at the Brainstorming West session on November 9-11, 2005 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas. At this event PropertyBridge sponsored the Meet and Greet Welcoming Reception and was also the exclusive payments service provider. The Annual Multifamily Housing Brainstorming Sessions™ play a unique role within the real estate industry. Extending beyond the typical structure of a trade show, seminar or conference, Brainstorming West combines idea generation, training and networking in a highly creative environment.

In addition to participation at Brainstorming West PropertyBridge also initiated an advertising program in the event’s sponsoring publication MultifamilyPro.
